In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
as-Salamu `alaykum wa-rahmatu-Llahi wa-barakatuh!
We, the Mujahideen, went out to fight against the infidels not for the sake of fighting, but to restore the Shariah of Allah in our land. Allah says that He does not change condition of people until they change it themselves. Today, as during all times, the condition can be changed only with a weapon in hand. If the Allah’s Religion could be established on Earth using another method, then our Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) would not participate in 27 battles.
There is no power and no might except Allah, and at the same time Allah says us to make a cause and prepare forces for waging the war, as mush as we can. As much as we can, it does not mean equaling in amount to what kuffar have. It is impossible at this stage, don’t be mistaken and remember: the victory of Muslims will come, Inshaallah, not because of amount of warriors or abundance of weapons, but it will come because of our fear of Allah.
And fear of Allah is such state of a soul and such behavious of a Muslim, when he is afraid of violating limits of permitted and forbidden, which were established by Allah. The most important prohibition is contained in the formula of the faith itself: La ilaha illa Allah. Repeating these great words is easy and simple, but putting it into practice is not easy and not simple, because achieving the Paradise is not easy and not simple.

The following is a Sharh (explanation) of Al-’Aqeedah at-Tahawiyyah [by Imaam at-Tahaawi] by the Noble Shaykh, Hamood bin ‘Uqla ash-Shu’aybee [rahimahullah]. For those who don’t know about this book, it is an ‘Aqeedah book and is considered one of the best and purest. As for the Sharh, it is in audio format and is in Arabic.
May Allah have mercy upon the Shaykh and enter him into the gardens of Jannah. Ameen.

Ameer Dokka Umarov under attack from secularists

as-Salaamu `alaykum,
for several years Chechen secularists residing in some European countries have been attacking our brothers in Chechnya for their rejection of taghut and worshipping Allah exclusively. One of the secularists Ahmed Zakayev still holds a title of “Foreign Affairs Minister of CRI”. Zakayev several years ago tried to prove that democracy did not contradict Islam. Subhana Allah! His stance apparently did not change. Now he tries to defend the “legal basis of the Chechen state” with such attributes like democracy, parliament, border lines drawn by kuffar, UN recognition (which Chechens never received al-Hamdu Lillah) and other secularist trash.
One of our brothers who explicitly wrote about rejection of taghut in all forms is Movladi Udugov, Minister of Information of CRI. His articles were published two years ago by Kavkaz-Center.
Earlier Chechen leaders did not explicitly declare their stance for reasons which Allah knows best.
al-Hamdu Lillah, Dokka has taken an uncompromising stance on such important issues as complete and public rejection of taghut, our common Jihad, al-walaa’ wa-al-baraa’.
Following is a partial translation of an article published by Chechenpress which is a web-site affiliated with secular Zakayev. The article itself is a Russian translation of a Radio Liberty’s Chechen language broadcast. Needless to remind that Radio Liberty is a US sponsored radio network advertising democracy.

The Mujahideen in Swat, Pakistan have control

The Jihaad in Pakistan has already begun and is taking form. All the Muslims, especially the Pakistani Muslims in the West should be supportive of the Mujaahideen. They are fighting for Allah’s Cause whereas the NaPak Army is fighting for the Taaghooti Cause. Already the Mujaahideen have control over some areas, establishing the Shari’ah, and kicking out the Murtadeen. Out of all the Jihaad’s today, this has to be the most successful Jihaad in the shortest rate of time, wallahu ‘Alam. Of course, it’s not fully formed yet nor completed, but the mere fact that after the Lal Masjid siege, the Mujaahideen took up arms against the Murtadeen Army, kicked them out of certain cities and established the law of Allah ‘Azza wa Jall (yes, with Islaamic Courts) in just a time span of a few months, this has to be the fastest rate of a successful and fruitful Jihaad. We pray that Allah ‘Azza wa Jall gives more power, ability, strength, and help to these noble brothers who are a mix of not only Pakistani’s, but you’ll find Muslims from Uzbekistan, Afghanistan, Sheeshaan, Turkey, Africa and many Arab Countries involved in this Jihaad.

The Pulpit: The greatest weapon in Islaam

When it is asked, “What is the greatest weapon that the Muslims had and still have?” What would you say?
If you immediately thought of Imaan and Yaqeen in Allah ‘Azza wa Jall, then this is correct. Our greatest strength against the enemies of Allah Ta’aala is Imaan and Yaqeen; and coupled with Imaan and Yaqeen is Sabr, Love for Allah, His Messenger, Jihaad, and so on.
However, this answer needs a little more clarification in order to put that Imaan and Yaqeen in motion.
